I love this story. One of my couples from last year, Bernadette and Eric (a featured wedding on our website!), was on a plane the Monday after their wedding on the way to their honeymoon. It was early in the morning in Seattle, and Bernadette sat down next to a girl in the airport while waiting for her flight. She looked over and, still buzzing from her fabulous wedding, noticed the engagement ring on the girl’s finger.
I come into the studio on Monday morning, still buzzing from an amazing wedding. I get a call from a girl named Jennifer, asking if she could stop by after she landed at the airport that morning. She said she had met Bernadette in the airport and had to stop by the check out my work and hang out for a bit.
And that was how I came about shooting this wedding! I loved Jennifer from the minute I met her, and I had a great time at the engagement session getting to know Jim a little bit. We’ll be at La Valencia in La Jolla for this one!
