Kathleen and Mario – August 7, 2009

I’ve really enjoyed working with Kathleen and Mario from day one. When Kathleen first inquired with us about her wedding, I called her back right before I left the studio for the day. It was a Friday, and knowing that I wasn’t going to be in for the weekend, I just gave her my cell number to call me back on. It wasn’t more than 5 minutes later that I got a text from her saying she’d call me back We ended up spending most of the weekend texting eachother, asking and answering questions. By the time we ended up talking on the phone, I felt like I already knew her so well!
You might remember our destination engagement session that we did with them in Las Vegas – there were some really fun images from that shoot! Their wedding was in Laguna Beach, California. Our summer intern Lisa and I made the trip up on a Friday for the Orange County wedding photography.
Have any of you brides considered the “First Look”, where you see each other before the wedding, but we set up the moment so you two can have some time to enjoy each other? This one was priceless . . . .

Overall, the wedding was amazing, and I’m in love with these pictures. The Occasions is a gorgeous wedding ceremony and reception location thats right on the beach . . . . literally. Fantastic views all evening long The images we got down on the beach at twilight are priceless too . . .
